A: The answer is simple: The inhabitants behind BAJAGEAR Clothing Company are regular “Joes” who design, market and sell their own brand of Baja, Mexico inspired laidback vintage style clothing & accessories. We believe life is about doing what you want, and not worrying about what other people think as long as you are doing it south-of-the-border! We love the vibe Baja, Mexico offers; its rugged beauty, the “no rules” vibe, fat Marlin, good surf and of course the culture. When you think of Baja, the sun, beach, tequila, cervézas, good food, good music, and good friends getting just a little bit “loco,” we want you to also think of BAJAGEAR Brand in that fashion
Q: When was BAJAGEAR CLOTHING CO. started?
A: The BAJAGEAR Clothing Co. was launched September 2005, but the idea for BAJAGEAR was envisioned in June of 2003 while chilling out in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. We started out with a couple of t-shirts, some hats and some big dreams. After selling about 100 shirts in a little over a month’s time with next to no advertising campaign, we had a gut feeling that BAJAGEAR Brand Clothing Co. could be more than just a side gig. At BAJAGEAR, it is our goal to spread the Baja Style to our unique customers with distinctive, premium products, and positive vibes. Our customers wear BAJAGEAR because they are free spirits that do what they want, when they want… because they want to! Striving for a stress free existence and good vibes is what’s important to us and it’s been the BAJAGEAR BRAND philosophy since day one!
